The College of Saint Benedict (CSB) and Saint John’s University (SJU) invites applications for a full-time (0.83 FTE), benefit-eligible position of Department Coordinator.
The Department Coordinator supports the success of assigned academic departments by assisting the department chair(s), faculty, and students in a variety of ways. Key responsibilities include administrative support, communications and event coordination, student employee supervision, and budget assistance. This position follows the academic year (44 weeks) schedule and offers flexibility in hours, while requiring regular in-person availability Monday through Friday.
Current hiring for multiple department coordinators may support academic departments and programs such as: Gender Studies, Global Languages and Cultures, Hispanic Studies, History, Honors Scholars Program, Latino/Latin American Studies, Theology, and the Center for Teaching and Learning.
