The University of Saint Francis welcomes applications for the position of Director of Mission Programming. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Director of Mission Programming will report to the Vice President for Catholic Culture and Student Life and will have responsibility over the Assisi Program for Discipleship and Leadership, Campus Ministry, Sacrament Preparation, Evangelization, and Service-Learning, ensuring the university’s Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Director of Mission Programming is responsible for assisting the Vice President for Catholic Culture and Student Life in advancing the university’s efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will be a Catholic who is strongly committed to evangelization, exhibits strong leadership and collaboration, and possesses a vision for the formation of the whole person. The new Director of Mission Programming is expected to begin serving no later than June 30, 2025.
